"Cara is an incredible professional and human. When I was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer in the fall of 2020, she was one of the very first people I told. While going through cancer treatment, one of the only things we can control is our diet. I wanted to do everything possible to use science-backed nutrition guidance to get through treatment and emerge stronger and healthier than I've ever been. Cara helped me do that.
People going through cancer get targeted for bogus nutrition products all the time. It's difficult to know what can actually help us and what is just commercial flim-flam. Cara has been my guide to sort through all the noise and make healthy choices for my body, mind, and spirit. Her calm, loving, and intelligent demeanor has truly been one of the greatest resources I've had. I'm so grateful to her and would encourage anyone who wants to make health and nutrition a top priority in their lives to work with her."

"Working with Cara has been a blessing. I’ve had lifelong GI issues along with a genetic predisposition for high cholesterol. She’s helped me find balance between my specific dietary needs and still being able to find joy in the foods I eat. Cara brings not only a host of knowledge, but empathy, kindness, and compassion to her work -- something I feel is sorely lacking by many professionals in healthcare. I promise you’re in good hands with Cara."

"Cara, you helped me practice a different way to support my own wellness. I’m feeling more confident about the nutrition choices I make. Thanks for being a nonjudgmental listener and guide. I’m following your example and being more compassionate with myself when I’m dealing with my health challenges.”
